At Venture, we believe the best stories are ones that were lived out in the field, and the best way to tell those stories is in-person. That’s why we run regular community events hosted by expert hunters designed to sharpen your skills, learn about the gear and connect you with fellow hunters who care about the craft. We tailor our events to cater for general hunting, shooting, archery, survival and bushcraft.
Our events are open to everyone, from those just getting their license to seasoned vets who’ve seen it all. We cover the full spectrum of the hunt:
Hunting Skills: From basic to advanced tactics, taught by experts in the field.
Firearm and Archery Nights: Method specific education nights.
Game Prep: Pro-led workshops on field dressing, butchery, and back-country cooking.
Gear Shakedowns: Get hands-on with the latest tech before you commit your hard-earned cash.
Community Socials: Just a good old-fashioned yarn over a cold one or a BBQ.
We run these things regularly but they fill out fast, even with our Springwood store's even capacity being ~150 attendees.
