Trainee Bow Technician – Full Time

We are a leading retail store in the hunting, shooting and archery industry located in Springwood SE QLD, if you are passionate about equipping our customers with the best gear and expertise in bowhunting and archery whilst building a community of like minded Archers in the area. We’re expanding our team and looking for an enthusiastic Trainee Bow Technician to join the ranks and help us create the Worlds Best Hunting Store.

This is a rare opportunity to train under one of Australia’s top bow technicians while working hands-on with the biggest and best brands in archery.

About the Role

• Full-time position (38 hours per week)
• Weekend work required (rosters negotiable)
• 12-month structured training program, with progression to qualified Bow Technician (subject to performance and suitability)
• Hands-on workshop and customer-facing duties in a busy retail environment
• Seeking long-term employee to grow with us

What We’re Looking For

• A working knowledge of archery and bowhunting (this is essential but can be trained)
• Reliable personal transport to attend all rostered shifts
• Enthusiasm, reliability, and a genuine passion for the sport
• Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused attitude
• Ability to work as part of a small, dedicated team
• A keen eye for detail is a must

Archery Sales Assistant

Are you passionate about shooting, archery, hunting, or hiking? Venture Hunting is looking for an enthusiastic Archery Sales Assistant or two, to join our dynamic team! Our experienced team is ready to welcome a new member who shares their love for the outdoors and hunting industry.

What We’re Looking For:

• Archery experience is a must – you know your way around a bow whether it be compound or Trad bows!

• Basic understanding of bow tuning is a plus (don’t worry, we’ll train you to master it)

• A passion for hunting, shooting, or outdoor adventures.
