1. Shipping Rates & Options

We offer straightforward flat rate shipping options:

  • Standard Shipping - $14.99: Generally delivered within 2 - 4 days of dispatch to metropolitan areas. Please allow an extra 1 - 2 days for us to pick and pack your order. You will be given tracking details to monitor your order's journey.
  • Jump The Queue Shipping - $19.99: For those in a hurry, orders placed before 2 pm AEST will be packed and dispatched on the same day. If placed after 2 pm AEST, they'll be dispatched the next business day. Tracking details will be provided for your convenience. Please note that this is not express shipping, for express shipping quotes please contact our team at 07 3391 2299.

2. Additional Shipping Charges

  • Bulky Items Surcharge - $39.99: Certain items due to their size and nature require an additional fee for shipping. See our list of bulky items for specifics. Bulky items include, but are not limited to, Firearms, Compound Bows, and Spearguns.
  • Extra Bulky Item Surcharge - $89.99:Certain items due to their size and nature require an additional fee for shipping. See our list of Extra bulky items for specifics. Extra Bulky items include, but are not limited to, Firearm Safes, Treestands and Feeders.
  • Shipping Insurance - $4.99: For added peace of mind, avail of our Australia-wide shipping insurance to safeguard your order during transit.

4. Shipping Specifics

  • Prices mentioned apply mainly to mainland Australia. Offshore islands and territories might face extra delivery costs. In such instances, our customer service will reach out to you.
  • For larger or bulkier orders which necessitate road transport, delivery times might extend.

We're keen to get you sorted and geared up with the right products but please make sure you contact us first about your return, or warranty request, so that we know what to do when your order arrives back to us, this is most important - goods get lost when a random package arrives with no name or order info.
