The Role

As our Archery Sales Assistant, you'll be the go-to expert on the shop floor for all things archery. Your day-to-day will include:

  • Providing knowledgeable, enthusiastic product advice on compound and traditional bows, arrows, and accessories.
  • Assisting customers in selecting the right setup for their hunting or target shooting goals.
  • Supporting bow tuning and setup services in-store (full training provided).
  • Delivering exceptional customer service that keeps our community coming back.
  • Contributing to a positive, high-energy team culture built around a shared love of the outdoors.

What We're Looking For

Archery experience is a must — you know your way around a bow, whether compound or traditional.

  • A basic understanding of bow tuning is a strong plus (don't worry, we'll train you to master it).
  • A genuine passion for hunting, shooting, or outdoor adventures.
  • Great customer service skills to help our clients hit their mark.
  • A team-first attitude and enthusiasm for sharing your knowledge.

Bonus Points

  • Experience with bow press operation or advanced tuning techniques.
  • Knowledge of hunting regulations and seasons in QLD.
  • Existing relationships within the local archery or hunting community.
