In this live, hands-on demo, you will see the entire process, from meat prep to smoking and maybe even a taste test. Utilising the Carnivore Collective range as well as Hark Smokers, we will help you improve your meat utilisation with these delicious kabanas.
What You Will Learn
This Field to Fork session is built for hunters wanting to get more from their harvest. You will see how venison can be prepared, seasoned, filled and smoked into smoked Kabana, with practical tips you can use at home.
The night will focus on real meat utilisation, simple process, useful gear and a better understanding of how to turn wild venison into something worth sharing.
