Lighter than most field guns without sacrificing the feel of a quality Italian over/under, the Franchi Instinct Alloy Sporting 20GA 28in MC Shotgun is a compelling choice for clay target shooters and upland hunters who want a nimble, well-balanced gun that genuinely handles. Franchi has built the Instinct Alloy around a monobloc receiver machined from a solid aluminium block, finished with the brand's signature scalloped sideplates for a look that punches well above its price point. At just 2.59 kg, it sits noticeably lighter in the hands than steel-framed alternatives, making it ideal for long days on the sporting clays course or extended time afield. Chambered in 20 gauge and accepting shells up to 3 inches, it's a versatile platform that handles everything from light target loads to field ammunition with ease.
