Versatility is the standout quality of the Apex Gear Covert Sight - 4 Pin - Direct Mount - RH, a cleverly engineered bow sight that bridges the gap between a traditional fixed multi-pin setup and the precision of a long-range sliding single-pin sight. By locking the housing down, you get a reliable four-pin configuration for quick target acquisition at known distances; unlock it, and the bottom MICRO•POINT .010" pin becomes a dial-in solution for reaching out to longer yardages. Built from precision machined aluminium with stainless steel hardware, the Covert is a robust and lightweight option suited to bowhunters and range shooters alike. The detachable dovetail bracket extends your sight radius for improved accuracy in the field, and can be removed entirely to fit the sight into compact bow cases when you're on the move.

Apex Gear Covert Sight - 4 Pin - Direct Mount - RH Key Features

• Pin Configuration: Features four pins total - three at .019 in. (0.48mm) diameter for standard yardage settings, plus one ultra-fine MICRO•POINT .010 in. (0.25mm) green pin for precise long-range dialling. The finer bottom pin minimises target obstruction at extended distances.
• Aperture Diameter: 1.8 in. (45.7mm) aperture housing provides a wide field of view through the sight window, making target acquisition faster in low-contrast environments and during low-light hunts.
• Dual-Mode Functionality: Lock the housing for a traditional 4-pin sight, or leave it unlocked to use the MICRO•POINT pin as a yardage-adjustable single pin. This gives you two distinct shooting styles from one sight without swapping equipment.
• GRAVITY-LINE Rotational Adjustment: Aligns pin movement with gravity so your pins track true as you adjust, eliminating the common issue of pin drift affecting shot placement during windage or elevation changes.
• Micro-Adjustable Windage and Elevation: Gear-drive elevation dials deliver smooth, precise adjustments with repeatable results. One-hand operation means you can make field adjustments quickly without tools.
• Adjustable 2nd and 3rd Axis: Full axis levelling allows you to true up the sight for your specific shooting style and stance, which is especially important for bowhunters shooting on uneven terrain or angled shots.
• Detachable Dovetail Bracket: Extends the sight radius for improved accuracy, and incorporates dampened end-of-travel stops to prevent jarring. The bracket removes cleanly for compact storage or transport in a hunting bow case.
• Yardage Tape System: Comes pre-loaded with over 120 yardage tapes to streamline your setup. The rear-facing tape location keeps your reference point clearly visible from the shooter's position.
• LED Light Included: Built-in LED light illuminates pins in low-light conditions, extending your effective shooting window during dawn and dusk hunts without relying on ambient light alone.
• Glow-in-the-Dark Shooter's Ring: The aperture housing features a glow-in-the-dark ring for fast aperture alignment in dim conditions, adding a practical passive light solution alongside the LED.
• Construction: Precision machined aluminium body with stainless steel hardware in a black finish. Aluminium construction keeps weight low while maintaining rigidity under field conditions.
• Handedness: Adjustable for both left and right-handed archers.

The Apex Gear Covert 4-Pin is a well-considered sight for bowhunters who want the speed of a multi-pin setup without sacrificing the option to push out to longer distances when the situation demands it. The combination of solid machined aluminium construction, full axis adjustability, and the dual-mode housing design makes it a genuinely capable and adaptable option across a range of hunting and range shooting scenarios.
