The straight point tip makes it easy to start the initial incision on fish with scales.

13cm Skinning Knife, this knife is ideal for large reef fish or fish with complex bone structures. The heavy-duty blade means you can cut right through some of the toughest fish bones around. It is great for fish like Black Spot Tusk Fish or Mulloway. Due to the rather blunt point on this knife, we recommend starting the initial cuts with the Straight Boning Knife to make it easier to get under the scales.

Ceramic Pull Through Knife Sharpener, designed to keep an edge on your knives without needing a degree in knife sharpening.
