It covers roughly 2/3rds of the tent, leaving the remaining 1/3rd as a vestibule for gear.

The full U-shaped zipper ensures easy access, and the insert can be pitched before or after pitching the tent, allowing you to seek shelter quickly during a storm. The Owyhee Insert features our innovative quick connect design, making setup fast and easy. It's designed to be a "floating" bathtub floor, allowing for greater versatility when pitching in slightly uneven terrain. The Insert connects via 4 lightweight sliding wiregate carabiners that clip into sewn-in cord on the inside corners of the tent.
