When it comes to serious rimfire performance, the SK 22LR High Velocity Match 40gr LRN Rimfire Ammo - 500 Round Slab sits in a class of its own for shooters who demand consistency at the bench or out in the field. Manufactured in Germany and introduced in 2021, SK's High Velocity Match load is built around a proprietary blend of clean-burning, high-energy propellant that drives a 40gr Lead Round Nose projectile to a muzzle velocity of 1,263fps (385m/s), generating 142ft-lb of muzzle energy when tested from a 26" (660mm) barrel. That elevated velocity over standard-velocity match loads translates directly into a flatter trajectory, making it a strong choice for extended-range rimfire work including PRS Rimfire and NRL22 competition. Picking up a 500-round slab means you can train hard, dial in your dope, and still have plenty left over for match day.

SK 22LR High Velocity Match 40gr LRN Rimfire Ammo - 500 Round Slab Key Features

• Calibre and Bullet: Chambered in .22 LR with a 40gr Lead Round Nose (LRN) projectile seated in a brass case, delivering the reliable terminal performance and feeding characteristics this platform is known for.
• High Velocity Performance: Muzzle velocity of 1,263fps (385m/s) and muzzle energy of 142ft-lb, measured from a 26" (660mm) test barrel. The elevated velocity over standard-velocity offerings produces a flatter trajectory that matters at extended rimfire distances.
• Proprietary Clean-Burning Propellant: SK's purpose-developed propellant blend burns efficiently to produce consistent velocities shot-to-shot while reducing fouling accumulation, meaning less time cleaning and more time shooting.
• Match-Grade Consistency: Engineered to meet the demanding cycle-to-cycle uniformity required for competition use, making it well suited to PRS Rimfire and NRL22 formats where reliable ballistics are non-negotiable.
• Platform Compatibility: Designed to function reliably across both semiautomatic and bolt-action .22 LR platforms, so it suits a wide range of rimfire setups without reliability concerns.
• 500-Round Slab Format: Packaged as a 500-round slab, providing a practical quantity for training sessions, extended range days, and competition preparation without the need for frequent restocking.
• Made in Germany: Produced at SK's German facility, applying the manufacturing precision and quality control standards that have made European rimfire ammunition a benchmark for serious shooters worldwide.

Whether you're chasing tight groups at the range, working through a high-round-count training block, or stepping onto the firing line at a rimfire precision match, the SK High Velocity Match in a 500-round slab gives you a consistent, well-engineered load to back your performance without compromise.
