1. Eligibility & Invitation

  • Exclusive Offer: This promotion is valid strictly for selected VIP customers who receive an official invitation directly from us.
  • Quantity Limits: The promotion is limited to fifty (50) eligible recipients total. Limit of one (1) gift pack per recipient/account.
  • Non-Transferable: This offer is personal to the recipient and cannot be transferred, assigned, or forwarded to third parties.

2. Claim Deadline

  • Action Required: To receive your VIP gift pack, you must confirm your acceptance and supply/verify your shipping details on or before August 3, 2026 at 11:59 PM.
  • Forfeiture: Any claim made after August 3 will be considered void, and the gift will be forfeited. No extensions or exceptions will be granted.

3. No Cash Value, Returns, or Refunds

  • Strict Non-Returnable Policy: Gift pack items are provided free of charge as a complimentary gesture. They are strictly non-refundable, non-returnable, and non-exchangeable for any reason.
  • No Cash Equivalent: Gift items carry no cash value and cannot be redeemed for cash, store credit, account balance, or used against past/future purchases.

4. Shipping & Delivery

  • Address Accuracy: Recipients are responsible for ensuring all delivery information provided during confirmation is accurate.
  • Delivery Liability: We are not responsible for undelivered, lost, stolen, or damaged packages once handed over to the shipping carrier, nor for delays caused by incorrect delivery details.
